TERMS & CONDITIONS:

BIDDING:

Bidders must be 18 years old or older to place bids and purchase vehicles.

Bidders must register online to bid on items - there is no charge to register. Bidders are responsible for ALL bidding activity using their account. Bidding online on any RepoSoup item acknowledges that you have read and agree to all our "terms and conditions".

RepoSoup auctions occur once a month. Auctions start the first Monday of every month and end 10 days later on Thursday starting at 8:PM. Auctions will continue as long as there is active bidding. Each new bid extends the auction for 5 minutes until there are no new bids.

If you are the high bidder on an item but your high bid does not meet the reserve at the end of the auction, your bid turns into an 'if' bid. We will present your "if" bid to the financial institution on Friday, the day after the auction. The financial institution will then have the option to accept or deny your high bid. If your high bid is accepted, then you win the item at a price lower than the reserve! Storage fees will be waived for Saturday on "if" bid situations. We will contact you on Friday, the day after the auction to inform you of an accepted "if" bid.

PREVIEW: Item(s) are available for preview prior to auction end. Please contact us for preview times. RepoSoup encourages you to make an appointment so we can insure someone will be on site to assist you. You will be allowed to start the vehicle and put it into gear but vehicles are not allowed to be driven. Email us at customercare@reposoup.com or call 763.420.2993.

PICK UP HOURS: A valid driver's license or state issued photo id will be required at time of payment.

Your vehicle(s) must be picked up and paid for by Friday (the day after the auction ends) between 9:AM and 7:PM (Please plan accordingly). If you can't pick up on Friday, You must contact us at 763.420.2993 to make arrangements on Friday. If you do not contact us and make arrangements, the a storage fee will be applied if picked up on Saturday between 9:AM and 12:PM (noon) or Monday from 9:AM to 4:30 PM (see the  Fees  link on the blue bar located at the bottom of this page).

IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO CONTACT US BEFORE COMING OUT TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR WON ITEM(S). WE WANT TO ENSURE SOMEONE WILL BE ON-SITE TO ASSIST YOU.

TERMS OF SALE:

Your bidding online acknowledges your agreement to these policies. RepoSoup encourages bidders to view items prior to placing bids. Please contact us for viewing times.

1. All vehicles are being sold "As Is, Where Is" with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle(s) and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statement about the vehicles.
2. The phrase "drives in lot" implies the vehicle can start and move under it's own power. We do not guarantee the vehicle's road worthiness or the mechanical condition of any components including but not limited to the motor, transmission, rear end, transaxle, etc...
3. The phrase "starts and runs" implies the vehicle can start and run but may not move under it's own power.
4. Some vehicles will need to be jumped or have a battery installed to start. These conditions will be stated on the auction if either applies. RepoSoup will supply a jump start if needed but will not install a battery if needed, that is the responsibility of the winner.
5. All sales are final. The vehicle(s) becomes the sole responsibility of the winning bidder at the close of the auction.
6. When you become the winning bidder at the close of the auction, you have entered into a legally binding contract with RepoSoup and are expected to pay for your vehicle.

8. Pick up: RepoSoup auctions occur once a month. Auctions start the first Monday of every month and end two weeks later on Thursday at 8:PM. Your vehicle(s) must be picked by Friday (the day after the auction ends) between 9:AM and 7:PM (Please plan accordingly). A deposit of 25% or $200 (whichever is greater) will hold your vehicle(s) until the following Monday up to 4:30 PM.
9. RepoSoup reserves the right to stop the bidding or remove any auction or any buyer for any reason at any time.
10. There is no guarantee that vehicles auctioned will be repossessions. RepoSoup acquires vehicles through many methods: reposession, surrender, trade-in, direct sale, etc...
