TERMS & CONDITIONS: BIDDING: Bidders must be 18 years old or older to place bids and purchase vehicles. Bidders must register online to bid on items - there is no charge to register. Bidders are responsible for ALL bidding activity using their account. Bidding online on any RepoSoup item acknowledges that you have read and agree to all our "terms and conditions". RepoSoup auctions occur once a month. Auctions start the first Monday of every month and end 10 days later on Thursday starting at 8:PM. Auctions will continue as long as there is active bidding. Each new bid extends the auction for 5 minutes until there are no new bids. If you are the high bidder on an item but your high bid does not meet the reserve at the end of the auction, your bid turns into an 'if' bid. We will present your "if" bid to the financial institution on Friday, the day after the auction. The financial institution will then have the option to accept or deny your high bid. If your high bid is accepted, then you win the item at a price lower than the reserve! Storage fees will be waived for Saturday on "if" bid situations. We will contact you on Friday, the day after the auction to inform you of an accepted "if" bid. PAYMENT: Please click on the Fees link on the blue bar located at the bottom of this page. PREVIEW: Item(s) are available for preview prior to auction end. Please contact us for preview times. RepoSoup encourages you to make an appointment so we can insure someone will be on site to assist you. You will be allowed to start the vehicle and put it into gear but vehicles are not allowed to be driven. Email us at customercare@reposoup.com or call 763.420.2993. PICK UP HOURS: A valid driver's license or state issued photo id will be required at time of payment. Your vehicle(s) must be picked up and paid for by Friday (the day after the auction ends) between 9:AM and 7:PM (Please plan accordingly). If you can't pick up on Friday, You must contact us at 763.420.2993 to make arrangements on Friday. If you do not contact us and make arrangements, the a storage fee will be applied if picked up on Saturday between 9:AM and 12:PM (noon) or Monday from 9:AM to 4:30 PM (see the Fees link on the blue bar located at the bottom of this page).
