CONDITION: Previous water damage (see below for more information). We plugged camper in, AC blows cold, Microwave works, Stereo works. Tires have 15% tread left. Batteries are dead. Needs plates and tabs. Clean & Clear Title.

MORE INFORMATION ON PREVIOUS WATER DAMAGE: There is a 3" rip in the roof material located on the top left side of the roof near the edge (above where the front of the slide is but on top of the roof). Previous owner tried to seal the existing rip instead of using a proper roof repair kit which is what you'll need to repair the leak. Inside it's very hard to find visible damage but the last few pictures show the damage. A couple of the roof trim pieces are loose and where the trip meets the cabinets the screws have rusted. The rest of the ceiling and walls look good (see additional new pictures)
