It does need to be jumped started (Please plan accordingly) It drives back and forth in the parking lot and at the time of the video being taken there wer no service engine lights on. The steering wheel is VERY hard to turn left to right and there's a clunking noise from the front end when driving the vehicle) The tires are in OK condition.
