Condition: Starts and Runs. It drives forward and backward in the parking lot. It does need to be jump started (please plan accordingly). There is a loud whine coming from under the hood when it's running. (It sounds like a power steering pump or something similar. However, I am NOT a mechanic) The front tires are in poor condition, the rear tires are in good condition. The check engine light is on. This vehicle also has hail damage. It's not really heavy but there's a lot of it. Please see attached photos for condition.
